Why does society in general use a one size fits all approach?
It is something that annoys me because it has approaches we use has no respect for individuality or difference. It is a system where misconceptions are formed and people can be made outsiders for having their own views which everyone has.
It’s easier for a lot (not all) of people to listen to the preformed misconceptions and simply apply them to any one said stereotype rather than to open their eyes and ears to what is actually going on around them.
